Twisters Announce Home Stadium
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- The Arkansas Twisters are excited to announce that Jacksonville High Stadium will serve as their new home stadium for the upcoming season. The team has been searching for a new home after plans to build their facility were put on hold until later, and Jacksonville High Stadium was a perfect choice.
Jacksonville High Stadium is a state-of-the-art facility that provides a perfect venue for the Twisters football. The field has a seating capacity of over 5,000. It features an artificial turf playing surface and ample parking for fans to tailgate while providing easy access from major highways in the area.
"We are thrilled to partner with Jacksonville High and Jacksonville School District in making the stadium our new home for Twisters football," said UFL Commissioner Joe McClendon III. "This is an exciting opportunity for our team, and we look forward to playing in such a great facility."
The Twisers will be returning to the capital this season. A storied AF2 franchise with regular attendance of over 10,000, the Twisters are one of the final UFL teams to announce its home stadium.
